Chapter I: General Provisions

Personal data collected by The Company will only be used for specific, legitimate, and explicit purposes related to the creation, production, marketing, and distribution of books and other editorial services, whether for B2B or B2C clients.

Article 6: Data Minimization
The Company will collect only the personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

Failure to comply with the provisions established in this law may result in administrative, financial, or criminal sanctions, depending on the severity of the violation and in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Chapter VII: Final Provisions

Article 19: Entry into Force
This law will come into effect on the day it is published in The Company’s official channels and must be implemented in all data processing activities within the company.

Article 20: Amendments
Any amendments to this law must be approved by The Company’s management, in compliance with international data protection principles and standards.
